Has anyone seen this message before?

To give you an idea of what is going on in our environment here, we have a new install of LSF9 (running 8.0.3 apps) and it is functioning.  We are trying to implement the Crystal Enterprise Reporting piece and the message in the subject appears whenever we try to access CE Reporting within the Lawson Portal.  Myself nor my coworker have installed this particuliar application before and have had no instructions by which to do it, we are basically flying blind.  We think we have it set up correctly.

Any insight on this situation would be greatly appreciated.  If I need to post more information please let me know and I will provide it.

Are you attempting to use the old Enterprise Reporting product? If so, this product was decommissioned years ago and I honestly am not sure if it would function today. I do recall issues with login credentials and it revolved around the configuration. I vaguely recall a user's RD30 record coming in to play along with an RD41 record. This has something to do with passing the credentials.

Yes to your first question.  Unfortunately a general goes to war with the resources he is given.

Since this is using LSF9 and user data is now stored in the local instance of ADAM bound to the network and LOGAN receives its own DB, there is an EN resource which serves the same purpose as the forms RD30 and RD41 mentioned.

What I am trying to figure out is what needs to either be enabled or configured for the message that is being given to go away.
