I have build an Infoset for the orderlines. After that I what a Smart Note with the detail information. However the detail information is a condition. In the Smart Note I have also a counting for the total amount by facility. When I look at the result of the Smart Note I saw that the detail information is correct. But when I verify the total amount by facility the result is not correct. The result of the measure is based on the INFOSET and not on the CONDITION.

How get I the right results of the total amount that is based on the CONDITION ?

can you provide some screen prints? Specifically of your KEYS in the infoset and the selection of your multifacts and lastly of your conditions.

most likely this is just an issue of either incorrect setting of KEYS or selecting a multifact that returns duplicate lines. either of these would result in inaccurate counts.

Sample_Smart_Note_with_wrong_total_counts_and_amou was attached as an aspx page. any chance you can upload a word doc? I think the issue is going to hinge on the InfoSet definition and the multifact select. the display of the tables wont help too much.

I would start by changing your filters on the infoset. Right now you have it set to No Filters. I would take either Unique Row or Unique Key. Let me know if that fixes it.

one more question, which count is correct, 152 or 148?

I have changed the settings to Unique Row or Unique Key but the result is still the same. The total count/amount is wrong.

                    The count 148 is correct.

this one is pretty complex to troubleshoot with screen shots. i still think its related to your selection of items/keys in your multifact. it could be that your conditional range is including 80 and 76 Laagste status when you expect it to be excluded?

if you can identify the 4 extra lines that are being included this should give you a better idea of where the issue is. Instead of doing a could, display it as a table and compare to the excel spreadsheet.

Oke I shall try to analyse the detail information with the total values.

I have analyse the detail information with the figures of the total of the measures and it look likes that the total of measures contains all records and not the records which I have excluded with my condition.

I have build a new Smart Note and I have in my InfoSet added a new field so that I can combine the two selections, selection on the status of the orderheader and selection on the invoicedate. There is now one condition in the Smart Note. This condition is the basis for the Smart Note. When I added a Multi-Fact for only the total amount and the total count of the records the figures are based on the original Multi Fact.

I have tried several things but I everythings what I try I get not the right figures. The figures are based on the original multifacts and not on the Condition.

We get answer from Lawson Support :

My name is Mike and I have been reviewing your case. The totals are for the full amount of the columns that are selected. There is not an option in SN to give the total of just certian conditions that you trying to meet. This does seem liek something that would be helpful and you may want to submit a enhancement request on My Lawson regarding this rerquest.
