I am trying to create a SN that sends an email when a social security number has been changed. I have the InfoSet created; when I try and do preview it clocks out b/c the data set is too large. I'm not sure if that's a problem or not.

I set up the notification and when I get to conditions, the "compare with ..." section is not available. I want it to say "if SSN has changed, send SN". I have made the SSN a key and currently have my criteria set to send a SN if any changes to keys occur. I'm using a Range, not a Fact.

Unfortunately, I'll go into our TEST region and change a SSN and the SN is email stating that there are no changes. What the heck am I doing wrong???

    Rachel,

How and when are you updating and processing your infoset? Have you set your InfoSet to be a "very large" data set on the last step of the InfoSet editor? How are you bursting?

    Thanks,
    Matt
