Does anyone know what is the correct data source (Lawson Report) to use when calculating PO Lines with Non Receipts (Received QTY of 0 / All PO Lines) percentage?

Are you looking for open qty or just lines with open receiving? Normally I would get that with Crystal but you can use PO254. Run it for your delivery date range (Line Selection tab) with no other parameters. Then run it again with Status = 5 (open rec). Divide the number of records in the Open Rec report by the number of records in the first report to get the percentage of open receiving lines to all lines.
