Does anyone know what's available on the market for doing ParCounting in Lawson other than Lawson's Mobile Supply Chain product?

I haven't seen anything that is quite as well integrated as MSCM. It works well if the pars are setup perfectly. That said, there are other solutions that have been implemented. Point of Use and voice-activated systems come to mind. RFID offers the best possible solution, but we aren't to the point where every item is (easily) tagged.
