Canceled PO Line Auto Close

    Do PO lines that have been canceled via PO20 automatically move to closed status?

    I'm trying to figure out how a PO line that was canceled now shows closed status versus cancelled status. Also is there a Canceled PO line report?

      I don't think PO Line has a canceled flag? If you cancel from PO Header the entire PO, the purchorder canceled flag will by Y. The PO Header status is canceled until the next PO190 which changes it to closed.

      PO lines just close out when they are canceled - either on the header with Cancel or Cancel Remaining or on the Line with FC L.
