Has anyone had any experience with the Lawson to PAR Ex interfaces?   We are in the beginning process of implementing and have sought out some help with the interfaces.  We are looking for the infaces for RQ500, ICIBCSV and IC 527.   We are being told by one person approximately 60 hours and another 229 hours.  Im at the end user perspective and I'm not getting much help with understanding what it going to take to get these interfaces done.

Any help with a good estimate on what it is going to take with these interfaces would be greatly appreciated.

We have RQ500, IC527 (customized version), Receiving interface and PO update. We installed them in 2012 and I don't believe it took 60 hrs for all of them. We already had a couple of these interfaces though, and they just needed to be switched to Lawson formats. Receiving and PO Update interfaces were new but they were quite simple to implement. Par Exc staff was very good to work with at the time.

        Lynne,

Can you help me understand why you did only 2 interfaces?  Next, did you have the people in house to complete the project or did you hire someone outside to do the interfaces?

          We did 4 interfaces:
          -RQ500
          -IC527
          -Receiving
          -PO Update

We also have a 5th billing interface that goes to Epic. Lawson is not involved in that one.
We worked w/ Par Ex directly. No outside contractors were hired.
