Inventory Accuracy

    Hello Fellow Members,

     

    I was looking to get an idea of what the average inventory accuracy is out there? Running IC286 really only gives you an absolute picture but its a start.

    A bit off the Lawson path,  I was also wondering if anyone has a picking policy they would be willing to share. We are battling inventory accuracy that seems to be rooted in pulling errors.

      We don't have an actual picking policy but our PI accuracy ranges 60-70%. It was better when we were doing regular cycle counts and those counts were around 80-90% accurate. It's always rooted in picking errors. Staffing gets tighter and they have to pick more orders which increases the chance of error.

        Thanks Jon. I appreciate the feedback. We are sitting at around 70 (give or take) as well.
