    Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone would know how to obtain Contract/Agreement pricing information on Items in Lawson? I have a client that I need to pull back Agreement/Contract pricing information per PO. I was directed to look at the PO25 (view ?) but cant seem to find any documentation, such as fields and supporting overlying tables associated. I did see a FRContractMaster table, but this does not hold all the information I desire.

    Thanks in advance! :-)

You may want to look into the table named [POVAGRMTLN]. This table holds Lawson item numbers, vendor agreement references as well as base costs. Hope this helps.

To pull per PO, you need the Ven-Agmt-Ref from the POLINE table. This is pulled from PO25.6 POVAGMETLN for items PO25.6. But you're not likely to have that field populated for ALL PO lines?

Also the unit cost on the PO line will be the contract item base cost if the agreement reference field is populated. If the unit cost source is from an agreement and is changed afterward, Lawson will remove the agreement reference from that field. So you can assume that if that field is populated you have the contract price (at that time the line was added) right there on the PO line.

thank you all for your help! I have captured the structure of the following tables: POVAGRMTHD and POVAGRMTLN, using a Header-Line Detail approach and this seems to give me the majority of the information I was looking for! Thanks again!
