After working with INFOR on issues we had logging into our test device - we were told that if you use SSO and/or Active Directory with an Android device your users CANNOT use the default login screen that comes up with the MSCM application is launched.  If the users try to login they are given 'invalid userID/Password" error.  (I foresee a lot of customer service/IT calls in our future)

Per INFOR because we have SSO we have to login using "Profiles".  In reality what this means is you have click a link that looks like plain text labeled "Profile" under a very easy to see log in button that the user must ignore.

This will bring up a default Android profile screen where the use must use a 'slider' to trigger your companies SSO login screen.  This is VERY clunky and it is NOT very intuitive.  I was wondering if anyone using else using the TC51 or other Android device with SSO has found a way to make this more intuitive.  I would love to at least customize the default login screen to at least make the profile link be more prominent and maybe disable entry into the form.

I have attached a screen flow what we are currently faced with.  We are supposed to roll this out in the next two weeks.  ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem currently and was looking to see if anyone else received the same response from Infor as I had. I am going to be going live currently in February but trying to get our handhelds (TC51) configured and out of the way now and ran into the same issue. Did you have any luck on this? sounds like Infor is looking into this possibly.

Infor stated this is working as designed. I am hopeful that some future release will correct this, but until such time we had to train our users on how to log in. Additionally because there is no security on the 'profile' screen we have an issue where our users are accidentally deleting the profile. Luckily we created scan codes for the values and we have provided instructions on how to put that back.

It's not very clean - but once users get used to it - it seems to go a little smoother the longer they use it.
