PO20 Comments

We want to be able to add it in the header level N9/MSG loop for all EDI orders.

We use GHX for EDI and had them put the optifreight information for us. We had to promise faithfully that we would not hold them responsible for making the vendors read it - but once that was out of the way - they did something to our account that now does it for all vendors existing and future.

Funny I just added verbiage to our primary comment code today regarding Optifreight.  We just contracted with them.  We have this code in the PO120 job that runs to issue all EDI, Fax and Email POs, set to print in the Header Comments.

May I ask what is everyone doing about adding Comments to one of Printed Purchase Orders and Reprints.  My buyers are having to make sure to mark the Comments before printing, etc.
