Is it possibly to grant a requester wide open access to multiple companies in RQ04 without adding each individual accounting unit on the Accounting Tab?  Thank you.

Only if you don't add any accounting units but then they are wide open to all.

We give some users like our supply liaisons access to all cost centers.  We just leave the requesting location field and the accounting tab blank and this allows them to order for all locations and departments.  We have approval hierarchies set up in IPA so they're not allowed to requests things without the department giving their approval.  We only have 1 company so I can't speak to that.

Thank you all for your reply, that is how we have many of our requesters setup. We have many different companies and this is the first time I have been requested to set an individual up for wide open access to multiple companies. The only way I can see to do it is to add every single accounting until under the second company which would be a maintenance nightmare. Curious if anyone else who has multiple companies has run into this.

We have multiple companies and our IT, maintenance and Biomedical Services all have wide open access. As David and Neil stated, we just leave that Accounting Units tab blank and they have access to all companies/accounting units. If you enter anything on that tab, even for one company, then you're limiting access and you will have to enter all the companies and accounting units that the requester needs access to.
