Is there anyway to create a standing inventory issue?

We have a department that wants to receive 4 cases of paper every week without having to create a requisition weekly. This paper is a stock item in our warehouse.

Not as such - you can make it easier by copying an old req or with quantity filled out on a procurement template. Otherwise you're looking at trying to create some sort of recurring RQ500 with process flow.

Sheri - Do you have ProcessFlow? I have a simple flow that I think would work for you. It creates a requisition in RQ10 and then releases it. You would have to set up a service and schedule the flow to kick off daily.

Hi, I was incorrect, we have something 'homemade' that is referred to as "Process flow".  Ours does not have the ability to create the req, only notifies of changes to a field.

                Thanks Jon,

You don't have Lawson ProcessFlow Integrator? Or if you already upgraded to Infor 10 it's called Infor Process Automation. Do you have a req approval process?

We do not have Lawson process flow, and are not using a req approval process.

What about setting up a Standard type agreement in PO25.1?
