I have an item that was part of a req from MSCM that displayed the error "Vendor location is invalid".

I have looked in Lawson, but do not know what this error is referring to or why it is happening.

Has anyone ever seen this before or know how to correct it?

Absolutely, just happened this week. The item had an invalid purchase from location on the replenishment screen in IC81.2. I have no idea how it was added that way but once corrected I was able to resend the upload from MSCM and the item was added to the req (which was still unreleased).

        BINGO!

The PF on our IC81.2 should have been 1990, but showed 1991.

I think I know what happened. I used an add in to create this bulk cart. In managing the lines in the Excel file, I used the + on the box to drag down the 1990 value and it incremented, so the 1991 must have gotten applied.

Still kind of weird because that was the only item. I guess I just missed it before I ran the add in.

        Thanks Jon!!

We just had our MSCM version upgraded. Prior to that, when one item would fail, the whole order would fail.

Do you know if Lawson fixed that with the latest version?

We're on MSCM v. 10.1.3.0. If an upload has an error or errors the items without errors will be added to the req but the req will remain unreleased allowing for the end user to fix any errors and resend the data.
