Does any intro or differences material exist for users moving from LID/Portal to Workspace (which I believe is now branded as Mingle basic)?

We are not upgrading this year but would like to know in advance what type of learning curve our users will be faced with when we move to V10.

    Thanks.

We're not on mingle enterprise yet (that's likely calendar year 2017) so we do not have all the features on. But the learning curve isn't that bad.

      From Portal to Ming.le Workspace
      1. Navigation Pane is gone. Navigation menus are a drop down called "Bookmarks" and My Shortcuts are a drop down called "Favorites"
      2. Some LSO features - Quick Submit, Quick Print, advance field on entry - are now available by default or under preferences
      3. RQC
-- Home is a new page that greatly helps my punchout users
-- Find/Shop is gone. The menu options moved to the menu bar appearing to the right of Profile and Inquire. (Order still determined on RQ04)

As a result, we're only doing some demos and mostly flyers. Our go live is 3/14/16.

Thanks. Our LID users work in Portal occasionally but feel the drill and job/print manager navigation is more cumbersome.
Have those features been improved any in Workspace?

Just saw you're M3. I'm healthcare so it's slightly different. I haven't used LID since v8 - but I think their slightly nuts if they don't like print manager better in the browser. I honestly don't remember the drill around in LID enough - I do have my preferences set to put the Drill Around in the screen - not a pop-up. Also - Copy/paste works much better with the browser based application than it did in LID.

I think if they look at user preferences they might be able to resolve what ever that issue is.
