Customizing Navigation Pane

    Is it possible to customize the navigation pane in Design Studio? Currently there are four actions: Approve, Release, Unrelease, and Escalate. I want to get rid of the escalate option so users can't escalate needlessly.

    Does anyone have any experience doing so?

      You can hide the Action pane and then add buttons you want to your Inbasket display to perform the dispatch calls.
