Getting an error when trying to install DSSO - LifeCycle manger is 9.1.11 and Grid is 10.1.11.0. Getting the error ' Failed to install DSSO! Error: Fatal: Not all permissions were set'. Can't seem to track down any other messages in any logs - and can't get past this point..... DSSO router is installed and running fine... the DSP Container is set up....this is DSP since Lawson environment is 9.0.1.12.  Any thoughts

Hi, I have created automation template as it says in Developers Guide and it worked perfectly. But after i changed the context of template file and run it again i got the result of an old template. Even after i deleted this template file from MNE->Automations i'm able to run it. Are templates files stored temporary on a server Is there is a way to clear it Thanks.

Hi, Is it possible to disable user from changing their own personalizations, but still apply some personalizations on them I unchecked disable personalization in MFroms settings and applied disable user personalizations. Disabling user personalizations should only disable possibility to create and modify personalizations, but as it seems it also applies Hide all Personalizations option. Am i right thanks

Does anyone know how to hide an dropdown option in S3 like Y/N Report Only so that it only shows some options and not all options. In design studio we used to just delete the not required options from the dropdown. I know that we have to modify in Scripting Tool. hello, one of my users is having issues with Mashup designer and contacted Lawson support. So I am trying to apply hotfixes and I have retrieved PP_FIX and external fixes. I really don't know what is the difference between these two fixes, but last time I applied it, upgraded to version 10.0.5.4.10 and got so many issues with exporting/importing and signing the installation tool. I am confused as to whether I need to do an export/import every time I apply a hotfix

We are on 10.0.5.1.46. I only have one role set up for our users and I am in the same role. For the most part we are on XP so we know that we can't use mini-mode and we can't actually view tutorials - but some of us at least show the tutorials in the window and some show nothing. I don't see anything in the setup. I do see KB1464267 in Infor Xtreme but there was no response to the original question. Is anyone else having this experience

Hello, we hired a Lawson consultant to install LSO and we are having a few issues. Everything there is a hotfix/LSO update, I have issues with exporting, signing and importing the latest version.  I opened a ticket with Lawson and they noticed we have windows session provider in our LSO grid. We publish Lawson Portal via citrix and have Smart Office loaded locally to user desktops. has anyone successfully deployed Smart Office via citrix for remote users I have not been able to find any documentation on Infor to assist with the install.

Say I want to see all rows in the 'GLTrans' table 'Description' that contain a text string anywhere in the field. Say '110'. So in the Info Browser widget you can do a search like this by setting up a criteria(see image below), but this is too hard to show users how to do. I was just looking into a way to automate installing the self sign certificates into the users PC. As of right now, when use SO for the first time, they have to navigate thru the Certificate Import Wizard to ioad the certificate into the browser.
