    Hi all.

A little over a week ago we installed CTP117867, which moved us from version 96.1.39.1.12.1.2 to version 96.1.39.1.12.1.4 of the PO20.scr and from version 138.2.57.1.47.1.43 to version 138.2.57.1.47.1.44 of PO20PD into our Production environment and users have been seeing some odd behavior in the PO20 screen on load. Some parts of the form do not appear normal and also there are data values in some columns that do not belong.

I have tried recompiling PO20, as well as running scrgen on the program code using the below command -

    scrgen apps10 PO PO20

    Clearing cache.

I have also run lstinvk - q apps10 PO20 and recompiled the invoked programs but that did not seem to help resolve the issue.

Verifyora11 does not show any discrepancies between the database and the data dictionary.

The issue does not happen in Portal and not for every user.

If we look through the mango log files of one of the users that have the issue for some of the .xml files in the log, they have last modified dates prior to this recent patch update on 5/29/18. Example below.

    2018-06-07 09:27:54,870-05:00 [4] DEBUG Mango.WCF.WSHelper.CreateClientInternal - Creating WS Client Mango.Services.WS.MangoSettingsManagerClient, with URL = https://houlawlsoprd2.kindermorgan.com:48186/mangows/MangoSettingsManager2018-06-07 09:27:55,319-05:00 [4] DEBUG Mango.Core.Storage.SettingsManager.GetFileInfo - Filename: Canvas.xml, ModTime: 10/03/2017 06:57:21

When I log into Smart Office under my id today (where I do not and have never had the PO20 display issue) my modified dates for the same files are more recent in my log file. Particularly for the Canvas.xml, S3Client.xml, MangoUI.xml.

I am wondering if there are some old configuration settings for the previous form version in ISO somewhere that the system will not let go of for these users and if so, is there a way to clear them/update so that they can retrieve the current settings?

I do know that roaming profiles are used in SO, but do not understand the full picture.

We present Smart Office to our users through a Citrix environment. Some user sessions may have still been active on the Citrix servers at the time of installation, although WebSphere was down. And as of this morning have asked that all user profiles be removed from the Citrix servers so that users can go in 'clean' tomorrow to see if that helps but wanted to see if there is something in Smart Office or on the LSF side that we can also explore to try and resolve.

Any assistance on this would be Greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Orlando
