I am the Finance liaison with our IT department for our 10x upgrade and am trying to prepare for discussions with our IT folks on requirements for mobile inbasket.  We will be implementing AP invoice and GL journal entry approvals.  I would like to be able to communicate to them how the mobile app communicates with Lawson via the mobile gateway....they will ask about firewall and network security and I would like to be able to fill them in on how that is addressed with these mobile applications, and also let them know what their role will be going forward with respect to the management of these apps.  Has anyone had these discussions with their folks internally? Many thanks for your replies!

Mobile Requisition Inbasket is available on any Web browser It can be Accessed with any Smart Phone Browser. (Including BlackBerry) URL: https://company/mib/html/inbasket.htm Just Signon with your Lawson Portal User ID Managers can Approve Requisitions and Task Level Work. We created handouts to send out and posted on Intranet. Initially we had did a few demo sessions on Req approval in general.
