Lawson query wizard not showig up in MS Excel

I use Tools--> Add-Ins menu in Excel to add Lawson query wizard. It works but after I close Excel and re-open it, the query wizard Add-In does not show up in Excel. I have to go to Tools--> Add-Ins menu to add the Lawson query wizard everytime when I open Excel.

Please advise. Thanks.

Have you tried uninstall/reinstall?=

In Excel go to Tools -> Addins and see if the Lawson Query and upload wizard are listed. If they are listed, you should be able to check tehm and the Lawson menus will show up.

Robert, I had a similar problem after we went to Office 2007. I had not followed the directions closely enough!

We've had similar issues on and off since moving to 2007...what part of the instructions are we missing? When we check them they show up but intermittently disappear for some users.
