    Is there a method to compare the cost saving if PTO hours were excluded from allowing an employee from reaching the 40 hour level?  Thanks,

    I'm not sure that I understand the question. At the pay summary group level, you control which hours count towards the OT calculation. It sounds like you want some type of 'what if' analysis that I'd do via Crystal.
