AC700 - Activity Level Update

AC700 (Activity Level Update) updates the key on the ACLEVEL (Activity Level)
file with the activity group. In releases prior to 7.0.6, the activity
variable level had to be unique. In release 7.0.6, the variable level key is
now activity group, variable level. This change allows variable levels to be
reused from one activity group to another. This program facilitates importing
from Microsoft Project, available in the Activity Management Import/Export
desktop application, and the mass copy functionality available through the
Activity Management Explorer desktop application.

AC700 also copies the Security Code field from the activity group to the
activity.

Updated Files

    ACLEVEL    - This program updates the activity group field on this file.
                 The activity group is determined by reading the activity file.

    CKPOINT    - Used for restart capability.
