Run AR207 (Finance Charge Listing) to list an individual or all finance charge
codes. The information defined for each finance charge code in AR07.1 (Finance
Code) and AR07.2 (Finance Charge Rates) is included on the listing.  The
listing sorts in finance charge code/effective date order.
