BN06.1 - Flex Plan Use BN06.1 (Flex Plan) to define flex plans or spending accounts. The Benefits system lets you define full flex plans in which employees can elect from many benefits for the plan year. The flex plan can give employees flex dollars either before electing benefits or for the benefits the employee chooses. For information on flex plans in the Benefits system, see "Defining Flex Plans" in the Benefits Procedures Manual. If you have a spending account that is not part of a full flex plan, use this form to define the plan year and to select the plan's frequency table for a spending account.
