BN19.1 - Options Rates

Use the Options Rates subform to define annual employee, COBRA participant,
retiree, and company contributions for benefit plans where the Contribution
Type is Amount.

You access this subform by choosing the Options button in BN18.1 (Options
Amount).

Coverage options defined for the plan in BN17.1 (Coverage Options) display
when you transfer to this subform from BN18.1 (Options Amount).

Updated Files

    BNPRMOPT   - The Benefit Premium Options file is the primary file updated
                 by the program. The file also verifies the premium option.

    PREMIUM    - The Benefit Plan Premium file is updated with the premium. The
                 file also verifies the premium.

    BENEFIT    - The Employee Benefit file contains employee benefit records
                 for all benefit types.

                 The Employee Benefit file verifies the benefit.

    BNCOMPANY  - The Benefit Company Parameters file verifies the company.

    BNCOVOPT   - The Benefit Coverage Options file verifies the coverage.

    PARTBEN    - The COBRA Participant Benefits file ensures records are not
                 deleted if COBRA participant benefits exist.

    PLAN       - The Benefit Plan file verifies the plan.

    PRSYSTEM   - The HR Company and Process Levels file validates the company.

    RATETBLDTL - The Rate Table Detail file retrieves the rate and calculates
                 the total employee rate (employee rate - flex rate).

    RATETBLHDR - The Rate Table Header file verifies that the rate table exists.


BN19.2 - Options Rate Tables

Use the Options Rate Tables subform to associate coverage options with age,
salary, or  years of service rate tables. To define different rates for
coverage options, assign a different rate table for each coverage option.

You access this subform by choosing the Options button in BN18.2 (Options
Amount Range). Coverage options defined for the plan in BN17.1 (Coverage
Options) display when you transfer to this subform from BN18.2 (Options
Amount).
