BN230 - Plan Participant Report

Run BN230 (Plan Participant Report) to list the plan participants of a
benefit. Plan participants include employees, COBRA participants, and
retirees.

The report sorts by plan type, plan, and plan participant. The information
shown on the report depends on each benefit's coverage and contribution types.


For each plan participant's benefit, the report lists the following
applicable items:
- start and stop dates,
- coverage option,
- coverage amount,
- plan participant contributions,
- company contributions,
- company match information,
- the total annual contribution,
- whether contributions are a percent or an amount,
- amount,
- the number of hours that employees purchased or sold for vacation plans,
- the contribution for savings bond benefits, and
- total number of employees enrolled in the plan.

If an employee has dependents with coverage, the dependent coverage also
lists.
