BN246 - Flex Missing Benefits Report

Run BN246 (Flex Plan Participant Errors) to list employees whose benefits
have not been completely added for the flex plan year.

The list shows employees who have not made a benefit selection or waived
coverage for each plan type.

Note: You can run BN325 (Benefit Exception Report) to get the same
information about flex and non-flex benefits sorted by plan type.
