FB01.1 - Budget User Class

Use FB01.1 (Budget User Class) to define users that have access to modify
specific budgets. All users can inquire on budget information, but only users
defined in the user class will have access to modify the information.

You assign a user class to budgets using the Lock button in FB20.2 (Define
Budget).

Run FB201 (User Class Listing) to list user classes.



Updated Files

    RWUSER     - This file stores users associated with a user class.


Referenced Files

    RWHEADER   - Used to validate the row name and level, account, and
                 subaccount groups.


FB01.2 - Define User Class

Use FB01.2 (Define User Class) to define a new user class name and
description.


Updated Files

    RWHEADER   - This file stores user classes maintained by this program.


    RWUSER     - This file is updated with deleted records associated with a
                 deleted user
                 class.
