FB100 - Budget Calculation - Computes

Run FB100 (Budget Calculation - Computes) to calculate budgets based on
compute statements.

You can either calculate budgets according to the compute statement previously
assigned to the budget, or assign a new one in the Override Compute field. You
have the option to permanently assign the compute statement defined the
Override Compute field to the budgets in the Save Compute field. If you select
an override compute statement, each budget you select is calculated using that
compute statement.

You attach compute statements to budgets in FB20.6 (Period Budget, Amounts),
FB30.1 (Compute by Accounting Unit), or FB31.1 (Compute by Account).

Use FB101 (Budget Calculation - Rates) to re-calculate budgets based on rates
to incorporate global factor changes.





Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - Used for restart capability.

    FBDETAIL   - This file is updated with calculated budget balances created
                 by this program.

    FBHEADER   - This file is updated with the last calculated budget date.

    GLCONSOL   - This file is updated with consolidated budget balances.

    RATOTALS   - This file is updated with computed total values.

    ULTOTALS   - Used to store totals for an accounting unit list and an
                 account range.

    CURELAT    - Used to validate the existence of currency relationships.

    GLADDRESS  - This file is accessed by a common routine used by this
                 program.  This file is not used by this program.

                 program.  This file is not used by this program.

    GLCHARTDTL - Used to validate the existence of a detail account.

    GLCHARTSUM - This file is accessed by a common routine used by this
                 program.  This file is not used by this program.

    GLMASTER   - Used for validating the existence of a posting account.

    GLNAMES    - Used to validate the existence of an accounting unit.

    GLSYSTEM   - Used to validate the existence of a company.

    MXLISTHDR  - Used to validate the existence of an object list.

    MXLISTMBR  - Used to access accounting units associated with an accounting
                 unit list.

    RWGRPDET   - Used to validate the existence of level, account, or
                 subaccount groups.

    RWROWDET   - This file is accessed by a common routine used by this
                 program.  This file is not used by this program.

    RWUSER     - Use to validate authorized users.

    ULPOST     - Used to access last posting date and time.
