FB700 - FB File Update

Run FB700 (FB File Update) to update existing budgets with a new FBDETAIL
file structure. You must run this program as part of your upgrade or
installation process when you upgrade from a release 7.0.5 or earlier version
of the Budgeting system to release 7.0.6 or later. FB700 creates a report that
shows the number of records updated.

The updated file structure lets you assign both amount and unit values to a
budget.




Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - Used for restart capability.

    FBDETAIL   - This file is updated with calculated budget balances created
                 by this program.

    FBHEADER   - This file is used to verify the last calculated budget date.

    RATOTALS   - This file is updated with consolidated budget balances.


Referenced Files

    GLCGCPY    - Used to access companies associated with a company group.


    GLNAMES    - Used to validate the existence of an accounting unit.

    MXLISTMBR  - Used to access accounting units associated with an accounting
                 unit list.

    RWGRPDET   - Used to validate the existence of level, account, or
                 subaccount groups.

    RWROWDET   - This file is accessed by a common routine used by this
                 program. This file is not used by this program.
