GL03.1 - Preview Chart of Accounts

Use GL03.1 (Preview Chart of Accounts) to display an online hierarchical list
of the chart of accounts. The summary accounts, detail accounts, and
subaccounts are included based on the chart section, account depth, and detail
level you select. You cannot make any changes in this form to the chart.
Return to GL00.1 to make any changes.

GL03.2 - Move Summary Account

Use GL03.2 (Move Summary Account) to move a summary account to a different
location in the chart of accounts.

    GLCHARTSUM - This file is updated with a summary account's new sequence
                 within the chart.

GL03.3 - Error Suspense by System

Use GL03.3 (Error Suspense by System) to select different error suspense
accounts for different system codes.

    GLESACCT   - Stores the system's error suspense account definition
                 maintained by this program.

GL03.4 - Summary Account System Restriction

Use GL03.4 (Summary Account System Restriction) to restrict summary account
usage to specific systems.

    GLACCTVLD  - Stores the summary account's restricted to system codes
                 maintained by this program.


    GLCHARTSUM - This file is updated with a summary account's restrict to flag
                 when a system is applied to the summary account.

GL03.5 - Detail Account System Restriction

Use GL03.5 (Detail Account System Restriction) to restrict detail account
usage to specific systems. The detail account uses the system restrictions
defined for the summary account unless you override them on this subform.

Use GL03.6 (Posting Account System Restriction) to restrict posting account
usage to specific system codes. The posting account uses the system
restrictions defined for the associated detail or summary account in the chart
of accounts unless you override them on this subform.
