IC180 - Dictionary Setup

Run this program to load the dictionary setup file. The dictionary setup file
consists of fields used from the Item Master and Item Location files. You can
use these fields to create user-defined item set up forms in IC10.1 (Formats)
or inquiry forms in IC35.1 (Inquiry Formats).

Important: This program must be run in order to use IC10.1 (Formats) or
IC35.1 (Inquiry Formats). This program requires no parameters and only needs
to run once.

Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - Used in backout or restart circumstances.

    ICDICT     - Created at run-time by moving the working storage values to
                 the database field.  This file is then used in IC10 and IC35
                 and IC36.
