IC201 - Company Listing

Run this program to print parameters defined for a company in IC01.1
(Company), IC01.2 (Dates), IC01.3 (Bin Usage Types), and IC01.4 (Report
Options).

Company parameters define the company's costing method, availability
calculation, whether to audit Item Location maintenance, require unit of
measure entry, allow negative stock-on-hand quantities, costing method,
availability calculation, and bin usage types.
