IC219 - Forecast Listing

Run this program to print a list of item forecasts set up in IC19.1
(Forecasts). Item quantity forecasts are used in IC120 (EOQ and Reorder
Calculation) to calculate the economic order quantity (EOQ) and reorder point.
They are used in DR100 (Distribution Requirements Report) to calculate the
time-phased order point.

You must specify the company and year for which to print item forecasts and
indicate whether you want unit quantity forecasts or amount forecasts. You can
optionally print the forecast listing by location and limit this listing by
forecast number.

    MINORCL    - Used to validate the minor class.
