IC260 - Kit/Assembly Listing

Run this program to print the kit/assembly listing for make-to-order kits.
This report lists kit items defined using IC60.1 (Kit, Assembly) for the
location and company specified.  This program provides the option to print
this report for a single kit item.

This report includes the make code, note, and assembly instructions
associated with a make-to-order kit item and includes the standard order
quantity, unit of measure, and status for each kit component. Following kit
component detail lines, kit components are listed by sequence number with
associated option(s) and/or instructions defined in IC60.2 (Options) and
IC60.3 (Instructions).

    COMPONENT  - Contains those items from which kits are constructed.

    ICCOMPANY  - Used to validate the company number.

    ICLOCATION - Used to validate the location.

    ITEMGROUP  - Used to validate the item group and obtain the description.

    KITITEM    - Contains those items which are also kits.

    KTINSTRUCT - Contains instructions for each component.
