IC40.1 - Availability by Location Use this form to inquire on item availability by location. This form displays available, stock-on-hand, demand, supply, and intransit quantities. This form lets you display availability for locations equal to or greater than a specified location or for only those locations assigned to a specific report group. Supply quantities are based on quantities currently on-order and intransit. Demand quantities are based on allocated, unallocated, and backorder quantities. You can choose the unit of measure by which to display quantities. To display units of measure for that item, in the Item field select the Define form action. If you choose a unit of measure other than the stock unit of measure, this form converts all quantities based on conversion data defined in the IC11.1 (Item Master) UOM form and the number of decimals for quantity defined in the IC11.1 (Item Master) Main form. Note: For catch weight items, secondary unit of measure quantities display in fractions. For example, if an item's stock-on-hand is 20 ounces, this form displays the secondary unit of measure quantity as 1.4 lbs. Use IC40.2 (Secondary Quantity Availability) to display secondary unit of measure quantities for catch weight items in whole numbers. IC40.2 - Secondary Quantity Availability Use this form to inquire on catch weight item availability by location. This form is similar to IC40.1 (Availability by Location) which displays available, stock-on-hand, demand, supply, and intransit quantities. This form lets you display availability for all locations equal to or greater than a specified location or for only those locations assigned to a specific report group. Supply quantities are based on quantities currently on-order and intransit. Demand quantities are based on allocated, unallocated, and backorder quantities. This form only displays secondary unit of measure quantities for catch weight items. These quantities display in whole numbers regardless of the conversion data defined for the item in the IC11.1 (Item Master) UOM form and the number of decimals for quantity defined in the IC11.1 (Item Master) Main form. For example, if an item's stock-on-hand is 20 ounces, this form displays the secondary unit of measure quantity as 1 lb. Use IC40.1 (Availability by Location) to display the secondary unit of measure quantities for catch weight items in fractions. Updated Files ICCOMPANY - Used to validate company number.
