IC42.1 - Stock by Detail

Use IC42 forms to display stock-on-hand quantities by location. These forms
let you inquire on Stock by Detail (IC42.1), Stock by Lot (IC42.2), Serial
Numbers (IC42.3), and Secondary Detail (IC42.4). All these forms let you
choose the unit of measure by which to display quantities, except for IC42.3
(Serial Numbers). If you choose a unit of measure other than the stock unit of
measure, this form converts all quantities based on conversion data defined
for the item in the IC11.1 (Item Master) UOM form and the number of decimals
for quantity defined in the IC11.1 (Item Master) Main form.

Use IC42.1 (Stock by Detail) to display stock detail information. This form
displays item bins (if bin tracked), stock-on-hand quantities, lot/sublots (if
applicable), lot holds (if any), inspection plus allocated totals, and freeze
status (if frozen). Use IC42.2 (Stock by Lot) to display lot detail
information and IC42.3 (Serial Numbers) to display serial numbers.

This form displays secondary unit of measure quantities for catch weight
items in fractions. For example, if an item's stock-on-hand is 20 ounces, this
form displays the secondary unit of measure quantity as 1.4 lbs. Use IC42.4
(Secondary Detail) to display secondary unit of measure quantities in whole
numbers.

IC42.2 - Stock by Lot

Use this form to display item stock quantities by lot and sublot numbers for
a specific location. This form applies to items set up for lot tracking in
IC11.1 (Item Master) or IC10.2 (Item Master and Location). This form displays
lot/sublots, bins (if used), expiration dates, stock-on-hand, unit of measure,
lot holds (if any), and inspection plus allocated totals.

This form lets you choose the unit of measure by which to display quantities.
If you choose a unit of measure other than the stock unit of measure, this
form converts all quantities based on conversion data defined for the item in
the IC11.1 (Item Master) UOM form and the number of decimals for quantity
defined in the IC11.1 (Item Master) Main form.

IC42.3 - Serial Numbers

Use this form to display item stock quantities by serial number for a
specific location. This form applies to items set up for serial number
tracking in IC11.1 (Item Master) or IC10.2 (Item Master and Location). This
form displays the total stock-on-hand quantity for an item and lists serial
numbers, bins (if used), inspection plus allocated totals, and bin types.

IC42.4 - Secondary Detail

Use this form to display stock detail information for catch weight items.
This form is similar to IC42.1 (Stock by Detail) which displays item bins (if
bin tracking), stock-on-hand quantities, lot/sublot (if applicable), lot holds
(if any), inspection plus allocated totals, and freeze status (if selected).

This form lets you choose the unit of measure by which to display quantities.
If you choose a unit of measure other than the stock unit of measure, this
form converts all quantities based on conversion data defined in the IC11.1
(Item Master) UOM form tab and the number of decimals defined for quantity in
the IC11.1 Main form tab. Otherwise, the secondary unit of measure is used to
display quantities by default.

Note: Secondary unit of measure quantities for catch weight items display in
whole numbers regardless of the conversion and the number of decimals for
quantity. For example, if an item's stock-on-hand is 20 ounces, this form
displays the secondary unit of measure quantity as 1 lb. Use IC42.1 (Stock by
Detail) to display secondary unit of measure quantities for catch weight items
in fractions.
