IC590 - Out of Stock Extract

IC590 extracts a list of items where the stock-on-hand quantity is less than
the safety stock to a comma separated value (CSV) interface file for handoff
to a PC (personal computer) for processing.

    ITEMMAST   - The Item Master file stores static information about each item
                 such as description, classes, units of measure, and weight.
