IN01.1 - Country Maintenance

Use IN01.1 (Country Maintenance) to define and maintain a list of country
codes to be used for VAT and Intrastat reporting.  This form is used to
validate any country code entered in other  forms. The codes are predefined in
the Intrastat Classification Nomenclature.
