PA09.1 - Job Description

Use PA09.1 (Job Description) to write a detailed description for each job
code from HR06.1 (Job Codes). The description can include job duties or
responsibilities, or any information relating specifically to the job. You can
write descriptions for a job within a process level or department.

Updated Files

    CKPOINT    - The Check Point file is the environment file used for recovery.

    JOBCODE    - The Job Code Parameters file is used to update last comment
                 sequence number and job code description date.

    PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is the primary file is maintained
                 by this program.


Referenced Files

    DEPTCODE   - The Department file is used to verify departments.

    EMPLOYEE   - The Employee file is used to used to verify employees number
                 for reports.

    PRSYSTEM   - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify
                 company and process levels.
