PA313 - Employee Pos,Job History Purge

Run PA313 (Employee Pos,Job History Purge) to purge an employee's position
and job history from PA13.2 (Multiple Pos, Job History.) Records with an end
date are purged for a specific date range. This can be limited to a specific
employee group, up to four employees, or by specific position levels.

Note: This program only deletes employee position information viewed on
PA13.2. The program does not delete employees records or personnel action
history.

Records with an end date are purged for an employee group or selected
employees. This program does not delete employee records.

You can create a comma-separated value (CSV) file that contains the purged
information. This information can be reloaded with PA513 (Position, Job
Conversion).
