PA43.1 - Requisition Applicants

Use PA43.1 (Requisition Applicants) to track internal and external applicants
associated with a requisition. PA43.1 lets you maintain the applicant's
current status in the recruiting process.

Each time the applicant's requisition status changes, the Personnel
Administration system creates a record to track the applicant's progress.

    INTERVIEW  - The Applicant Interview file is accessed by this program.

    PACOMMENTS - The Personnel Comments file is accessed by this program.

    PAJOBREQ   - The Job Requisition file is accessed by this program.

    PAREQAPP   - The Job Requisition Application file is accessed by this
                 program.

    PAREQCOST  - The Job Requisition Cost file is accessed by this program.

    PAREQLOG   - The Job Requisition Logfile is accessed by this program.

    PAREQOFFER - The Job Requisition Offer file is accessed by this program.


Referenced Files

    APPLICANT  - The Applicant file is used to verify applicants.

    EMPLOYEE   - The Employee file is used to display employee name and FICA
                 number.

    EMSTATUS   - The Employee/Applicant Status file is used to verify
                 applicants and employees.

    HRSECLEV   - The Employee Security Level file is accessed by this program.

    PCODES     - The Human Resource Code file is used to verify applicant
                 statuses and hire sources.

    PRSYSTEM   - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
                 company.


PA43.2 - Applicant Requisitions

Use the Applicant Requisitions window to associate an external applicant with
requisitions. You can maintain the applicant's status for many different
requisitions.

You access this window by choosing the Requisition button in PA31.1
(Applicant).
