PA62.1 - Employee Qualification Search

Use PA62.1 (Employee Qualification Search) to display employees who are
qualified or authorized for a job or position.

Employees display as qualified if they have the required education, skills,
and certifications defined for the job or position in PA08.1 (Qualifying
Criteria). You can authorize employees who do not meet the essential
requirements of a job or position by using PA23.1 (Employee Qualification
Override).

Note: An employee's education must have a complete date or be in process to
meet  the education requirement of a job.

    EMPCODES   - The Emp/App Personnel Codes file is used to select qualified
                 employees.

    EMPLOYEE   - The Employee file is used to display valid employees.

    HRSECLEV   - The Employee Security Level file is accessed by this program.

    JOBAUTH    - The Employee Job Authorization file is used to verify job
                 authority for employees.

    JOBCODE    - The Job Code Parameters file is used to verify the job code.

    JOBRELATE  - The Job Code Relationship file is used to verify the job
                 functions.

    PAPOSITION - The Personnel Position Parameter file is used to verify
                 positions.

    PCODES     - The Human Resource Code file is used to determine the
                 education level.

    PRSYSTEM   - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
                 company.
