PA63.1 - Applicant Qualification Search

Use PA63.1 (Applicant Qualification Search) to display applicants who are
qualified or authorized for a job or position.

Applicants display as qualified if they meet the education, skill, and
certification requirements defined for the job or position in PA08.1
(Qualifying Criteria). You can authorize applicants who do not meet the
essential requirements of a job or position using PA37.1 (Applicant
Qualification Override).

Note: An applicant's education must have a complete date or be in process to
meet the education requirement of a job.

    APPLICANT  - The Applicant file is used to display applicant data.

    EMPCODES   - The Emp/App Personnel Codes file is used to select qualified
                 applicants.

    JOBAUTH    - The Employee Job Authorization file is used to verify job
                 authority for applicants.

    JOBCODE    - The Job Code Parameters file is used to verify and display job
                 code data.

    JOBRELATE  - The Job Code Relationship file is used to verify job code
                 functions.

    PAPOSITION - The Personnel Position Parameter file is used to verify
                 positions.

    PCODES     - The Human Resource Code file is used to determine the
                 education level.

    PRSYSTEM   - The HR Company and Process Levels file is used to verify the
                 company.


INVOKED Programs

    HRFN
