PA65.1 - Applicant Job Qualification

Use PA65.1 (Applicant Job Qualification) to display all jobs an applicant is
qualified or authorized for.

Applicants are qualified for a job if they meet the essential education,
skill, and certification requirements defined for the job in PA08.1
(Qualifying Criteria). You can authorize applicants who do not meet the
essential requirements of a job for consideration by using PA37.1 (Applicant
Qualification Override).

Note: An employee's education must have a complete date or be in process to
meet the education requirement of a job.

                 number of openings for a job code.

PA65.2 - Applicant Position Qualification

Use PA65.2 (Applicant Position Qualification) to display all positions an
applicant is qualified or authorized for.

Applicants are qualified for a position if they meet the essential education,
skill, and certification requirements defined for the position in PA08.1
(Qualifying  Criteria). You can authorized applicants who do not meet the
essential requirements of a position by using PA37.1 (Applicant Qualification
Override).

Note: An applicant's education must have a complete date to meet the
education requirement of a position.
