PA72.1 - Preliminary Position Budget

Use PA72.1 (Preliminary Position Budget) to create a budget by position
during the budget planning period. PA72.1 displays only preliminary budget
records, which are records with an effective date later than the budget
approved through date defined in PA06.1 (Position Rules).

The system ensures that the budget data you enter meets any limits you
defined in PA06.1.

You can use PA172 (Initiate Budget Plan Data) to copy existing budget records
into this form.

You can create a comma-separated value (CSV) file that holds your budget data
and export data into a spreadsheet where you can perform your budget
calculations. For more information about exporting budget data, see the
Personnel Administration Procedures Manual.
