PR206 - Tax Authority Listing

Run PR206 (Tax Authority Listing) to produce a listing of all tax
authorities. All deductions associated with the tax authorities are included
in the listing as well as additional tax information. Tax authorities are used
to interface the Payroll system with tax tables maintained by BSI (Business
Software Inc.).
