PR61.1 - State Unemployment Insurance Tax Rates

PR61.1 (State Unemployment Insurance Tax Rates) is one of the setup programs
you use before using the Lawson/STS Payroll Tax interface.

Use PR61.1 to define state unemployment insurance (UI) tax rates on the
system. The system uses these rates when it creates the STS interface file.
You can have multiple UI tax rates, determined by effective date, for each
state within a process level.
