PR662 - Quarterly Lawson to STS Export

Use PR662 (Quarterly Lawson to STS Export) to create the electronic file to
submit to STS at the end of every quarter. PR662 must be run after all
payrolls are closed for the quarter.

After running PR662, verify that the STS quarterly file is correct by
comparing the output from PR662 against your PR290 (Quarterly Report).
