RQ42.1 - Requisitions by Item

Use this form to inquire on requisitions for a specific item at a specific
requesting location. The item can be any item type:  Inventory, Nonstock,
Special Order (X), or Service.

The form displays the requisition and information about the requested item.
You can inquire on Open, Closed, or all requisitions regardless of requisition
status.
